1. Who we are

Staydia ("we", "us") is the qualification layer for stadium-area short-term rentals. We assess landlords' properties, certify them to the Staydia Ready standard, and match landlords with vetted property managers. 2. What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: whether you are a landlord or property manager, your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, nearest stadium area, and anything you write in the message field.
• Correspondence when you email or call us.
• Technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider in standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.

We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange or deliver a Staydia Assessment.
• To vet property managers who apply to join our network.
• To match assessed properties with suitable managers, where you ask us to.
• To keep records of our engagements.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business.

4. Who we share it with

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our email.
• Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs.
• Property managers in our network receive relevant property and landlord details only as part of a matching you have asked for, and landlords are told how managers pay us.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Third-party services on this site

Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google and your IP address is visible to Google in that request. Links to external sites, such as our Instagram profile, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and then delete it. Records connected to a completed engagement may be retained longer where we have a legal or accounting obligation to do so.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or ask us to restrict our processing. Email Mayomikun@staydia.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
