1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of the Staydia website at staydia.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you engage us for a Staydia Assessment, certification, or a manager introduction, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement which takes precedence over these terms.

2. Who we are

Staydia is the qualification layer for stadium-area short-term rentals: we assess landlords' properties, certify them to the published Staydia Ready standard, and match landlords with vetted property managers. You can reach us at Mayomikun@staydia.co.uk.

3. Website content

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any figures, examples, or descriptions of revenue potential are indicative only; property-specific conclusions are provided through a paid Staydia Assessment under a written agreement.

4. Our services and fees

Staydia Assessments are paid for by the landlord, with the fee confirmed in writing before anything is booked. Property managers pay us an ongoing share of management revenue on placed properties, and that arrangement is disclosed to the landlord. We are not a property management company, and completing an assessment does not oblige you to use a manager we introduce.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false or misleading enquiries, scraping content at scale, or using the site in any way that breaks applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Staydia name, logo, the "Staydia Ready" mark, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services, such as our Instagram profile. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
